Sr. testing engineer en Córdoba

Description: In this position, you will be fully responsible for planning, implementing and conducting software Testing activities for different Applications, Platforms and Environments to meet company needs. You will be using a variety of computer programming languages and applications, working in teams with other professionals, or alone. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Responsible for creating software quality plans, software test plans, schedules and reporting Testing activities results. - Designing, implementing, documenting and validating test cases for Testing new software programs to identify and report software defects. - Defining and configuring Testing environments based on requirements. - Oversees the evaluation and implementation of functional Testing engagements, including infrastructure, network and test harness configurations. - Handling feedback and error reports from external users. - Evaluates and implements performance Testing tools for simulation and monitor/evaluation of system performance. - Working with several computer coding languages or tools for Testing automation. -Proposing improvement in Testing procedures, documentation, processes, etc. - Maintaining regression Testing frameworks. - Gathering and documenting System Requirements - Working closely with other staff, consulting clients and/or colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and asking questions to obtain information, clarify details and implement information. - Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications. - Responsible for problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project. Qualifications: You should possess a Computer Science, Computer Engineering degree or equivalent with more than four years of relevant experience in Testing and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. -Hands-on experience in working with different levels (e.g. system, system integration, unit, component integration) and types (e.g., service, performance, load , security, etc.) of Testing, - Hands-on experience in software development tools and software Testing tools. -Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and data scripts. Additional qualifications include: - Hands-on experience in Requirement Engineering - Knowledge of at least one of the following languages: C and/or C++, Java, and C# - Strong results orientation and leadership skills -CMMI or ISO standards knowledge: mainly verification and validation processes - Hands-on experience in object oriented design, object oriented development techniques, algorithm design and coding - Software development experience in Windows and/or Linux operating systems - Hands-on expertise in two or more in the following areas: Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Web Services, Application Servers (for example, J2EE), XML related technologies (for example, XSLT, XML Schema, XML Security, and others), computer security, and performance optimizationContrato: Full-timeCompañia: INTEL CORPORATION
